The first day of the workshop was scheduled to include a brief introductory round of introductions by the participants and an introduction by CINEA; however, the latter had to be canceled because the program director was unable to travel from Brussels due to a strike. As a result, there was more time for presentations on project management and KPIs, the results of the gap analysis, the use cases, and potential test cases. In addition, initial concepts for course development were presented, selected points from the first progress report were discussed, and the exploitation workshop was moved up by one day.

On October 15 and 16, 2025, the biannual consortium meeting took place at the University of Innsbruck. Representatives from all project partners gathered to discuss the project’s progress to date, further develop work packages, and jointly coordinate the next steps.

On the second day, the focus was on the current status of the teaching materials, updates on the workflow, and the user interface design for the planned design tool. In addition, the University of Innsbruck offered an optional lab visit on both days.

Overall, the meeting included presentations from all work packages, technical sessions on project progress and tool development, as well as opportunities for discussion and coordination among the partner organizations.
