As part of the KnowHowHP partner meeting held on October 15, 2025, in Innsbruck, Milestone MS15: Exploitation Workshop was successfully completed. The goal was to identify key target groups and institutions through which the training content developed in the project can be disseminated in the future and integrated into existing or newly created training programs.
Working in country-specific groups, the project partners sought to identify relevant training providers, key target groups such as plumbers and planners, and the need for teaching and training materials. A total of 25 potential partner organizations were identified in the three countries that are important for the future use and dissemination of the KnowHowHP training modules. The results form the basis for the exploitation strategy, which will be further developed in the coming months and subsequently implemented across the project.
Workshop Content and Approach
During the workshop, the project partners developed a shared vision for the future use of the KnowHowHP training content and, working in groups, outlined specific steps for its implementation. The focus was on questions such as: Which institutions can adopt the content, which modules are suitable for which target groups, and what materials are needed for this?
Results and Next Steps The contributions developed were documented in a structured manner and now serve as the basis for drafting a detailed exploitation strategy, which will be completed by February 2026. In the coming months, it will be determined which partners will contact which institutions and what content must be available by when so that the training programs
